We endeavour to ship our goods within 3 to 7 days of receipt of order, however, this may be
extended due to carriage delays, weekends/holidays or international shipping fee payments. If you
have not received your order within 14 days please contact our head office

We operate a fully traceable tracking system for deliveries. Should you experience any problems with

Out of stock
When ordering an “out of stock” item please allow up to 14 days for delivery. This gives time for
restocking and onward shipment. When combined with other items all will be shipped as one order
Returns
Should you change your mind about any item ordered within 7 days please ensure the item remains
unopened and in its sealed packaging. Where goods have been opened we will charge a repacking
fee. A restocking fee is applicable in all cases, delivery and return costs are not refundable. In the
first instance please contact us for a returns number and instructions
